Payment
In MVP, payment is simulated. No real charge occurs. Stripe integration will be activated later.
The monthly subscription requires a minimum 12-month commitment. The annual subscription is payable in one installment.
Yes, from your subscription portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
Accounting
PDF, images (JPG, PNG), CSV. Simova automatically detects the format.
Up to 1000 documents per onboarding session, with a 50 MB limit per file.
Yes, Simova uses the Swiss SME chart of accounts (123 accounts, classes 1 to 9).
From the Entries page, click "Export CSV". The format includes Date, Debit, Credit, HT, VAT, TTC.
Security
In Switzerland, at Infomaniak. Your data never leaves Swiss territory.
Yes, IBANs are encrypted at rest with Laravel Crypt. Only the last 4 digits are displayed.
