Mandatory minimum commitment
The monthly subscription has a minimum 12-month commitment. Cancellation before this term does not release from payment of remaining monthly fees.1. Subject
These terms govern access to and use of the Simova service.
2. Service access
Access is conditional on an active subscription and acceptance of these terms.
3. Pricing
Current pricing:
- Monthly plan: CHF 39.00/month
- Annual plan: CHF 421.20/year (10% discount)
- Minimum 12-month commitment for monthly plan
4. Termination
Termination is possible from the customer portal. It takes effect at the end of the current period, subject to the minimum commitment.
5. Liability
Simova provides entries for informational purposes. The user is responsible for validating and legally filing their accounting.
6. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Exclusive jurisdiction: Geneva.
7. Modifications
Simova reserves the right to modify these terms with 30 days notice by email.
